Kaak

- The roots

Kaak is the origin of today’s Kaak Group. Even today, the division with its headquarters in Terborg is the binding link between the different specialists. Its core business is the transport of products, trays, moulds and pans through proofer, oven, cooling or freezing systems, buffer and storage.

The focus of development is placed on high performance lines for the production of baguettes, ciabatta, toast, etc. and the roll plants with their proprietary Multi-Step technology which ensures a smooth and product-friendly, but nevertheless extremely efficient, production process.

Especially for these lines, the engineers at Kaak designed a Multi-Step oven, indirectly heated with gas, which is tailor-made for par-baked and fully baked products alike. Storage, lidding and unlidding, de-panning and cleaning systems for moulds and trays complete the Kaak Food Production Systems product range.
